Prepare the Glass
Take a wine glass or a large glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the drink.

Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Sparkling Wine
Pour 3 oz of sparkling wine into the glass with Aperol.

Add Soda Water
Top off the drink with 2 oz of soda water.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of orange placed on the rim of the glass.

Serve
Stir gently to combine the ingredients and serve immediately.
