Meats and Cheeses

    Prepare Meats

    Slice the prosciutto and salami thinly and arrange them on a platter.

    Prepare Cheeses

    Cut the smoked gouda and brie into small wedges or cubes and add to the platter.

House Pickled Vegetables

    Make Pickling Brine

    In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, black peppercorns, and mustard seeds. Heat until the sugar and salt dissolve.

    Prepare Vegetables

    Slice the cucumber, carrots, and red onion. Place them in a jar or container.

    Pickle Vegetables

    Pour the hot brine over the vegetables, making sure they are fully submerged. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Candied Pecans

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon, stirring until combined.
