Method

Preparation of Brussels Sprouts

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Trim and Halve

Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each Brussels sprout in half from top to bottom.

  3. 3

    Season the Sprouts

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  4. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.

Honey Mustard Sauce

  1. 5

    Mix Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

Chili Aioli

  1. 6

    Prepare Aioli

In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chili paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Stir until well combined.

Cooking

  1. 7

    Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through for even cooking.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with honey mustard and chili aioli on the side.
