Prepare the Croutons

Make the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Spread the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown, tossing halfway through.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.

Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Combine Ingredients
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place the lettuce in a large serving bowl.

Add the croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.

Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
