Prepare the Baguette
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.

Prepare the Tomatoes
While the bread is toasting, finely chop the Roma tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Basil and Garlic
Chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the tomatoes. Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the mixture.

Add Seasoning
Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste over the tomato mixture and stir gently to combine.

Add Mozzarella
Dice the mozzarella cheese into small cubes and fold it into the tomato mixture gently.
Assembly

Assemble the Bruschetta
Once the baguette slices are toasted, remove them from the oven. Spoon a generous amount of the tomato and mozzarella mixture onto each slice.

Serve immediately while the bread is warm and enjoy your delicious bruschetta!
