Prepare the pasta
Cook the tagliatelle in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add mussels, clams, shrimp, and scallops. Pour in white wine and cover the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the mussels and clams open and shrimp and scallops are cooked through.

Add asparagus
Add chopped asparagus to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.

Combine pasta
Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.

Prepare breadcrumbs
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.

Serve
Plate the seafood tagliatelle and top with toasted breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
