Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill.

In a mixing glass, combine the passion fruit purée, orgeat syrup, and allspice. Stir well to combine.

Pour the soda water and ginger beer into the mixing glass with the base mixture. Stir gently to combine.
