Method

Juicing

1

Squeeze the Fruits

In a juicer, extract the juice from the fresh oranges until you have 1 cup of orange juice. Additionally, squeeze the lemons to get 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.

Mixing

2

Combine Ingredients

In a mixing jug, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice and lemon juice. Add the sliced strawberries and Florida cane sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.

3

Add Herbs

Add the fresh mint leaves to the mixture and gently muddle them with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their flavor.

Finishing Touch

4

Add Seltzer

Pour in the Pinellas seltzer and stir gently to combine. Be careful not to stir too vigorously to maintain the carbonation.

5

Serve

Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice and garnish with additional mint leaves or slices of strawberries if desired. Enjoy your refreshing drink!
