Preparation
Select flavor
Choose one flavor profile to prepare: Mango; Peach; Blueberry Pomegranate; Strawberry; or Strawberry Banana. Use only the fruit items that match your chosen flavor.
If using fresh fruit, wash and hull/peel as needed. Chop larger fruit (mango, peach, banana) into roughly 1-inch pieces so they blend smoothly. If using frozen fruit, no prep is required.
Blend Smoothie
Add base and fruit to blender
Into a blender add 1 cup ice, 1/2 cup cold water, and 1/4 cup milk if using. Add 2 tablespoons yogurt if you prefer a creamier smoothie. Then add the 1 cup of the chosen fruit (mango, peach, blueberries, or strawberries). If making Strawberry Banana, add 1/2 ripe banana in addition to the strawberries. If making Blueberry Pomegranate, add 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice with the blueberries.
Add Torani syrup and optional sweeteners
Pour in 1 tablespoon Torani flavor syrup that matches your chosen fruit. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add the optional extra 1 teaspoon Torani syrup or 1 teaspoon honey/agave. Add 1/2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice if using to brighten flavors.
Add optional enhancers
If desired, add 1 teaspoon chia seeds for texture and nutrition.
Blend
Secure the blender lid and blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and uniform. Stop and scrape down the sides once if needed and blend another 10–15 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add up to 2 tablespoons more water (or milk) and blend briefly. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or 1/4 cup frozen fruit and re-blend.
