1. Prepare the Ingredients
Mince the garlic cloves and set aside. Wash the shishito peppers and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Heat the Pan
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
3. Cook the Peppers
Add the shishito peppers to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are blistered and slightly charred.
4. Add Garlic and Sauce
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant. Then, pour in the soy sauce and lime juice, tossing to coat the peppers.
5. Season and Serve
Sprinkle shichimi togarashi over the peppers, toss once more, and serve immediately.
