Method
Protein

Cook bacon
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the 2 bacon strips in a single layer and cook 3–5 minutes per side, or until browned and crisp to your preference. Transfer bacon to a paper towel–lined plate to drain. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet for flavor (discard excess).
- 2
Cook sausage links
Using the same skillet with reserved bacon fat (or add 1 tsp oil if needed), increase heat to medium-high. Add the 2 sausage links and cook, turning occasionally, about 8–10 minutes total until browned on all sides and cooked through (internal temp 160°F / 71°C). Remove to a plate and keep warm.
Hash Browns

Add 1 cup of shredded hash browns (thawed) to the skillet, spreading into an even layer. Let cook undisturbed 3–4 minutes until the underside is golden and crisp. Flip in sections (or stir and press back into an even layer) and cook another 3–4 minutes until nicely browned. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Transfer to a warm plate and keep warm.

Fry eggs (sunny-side or over-easy)
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 1 tbs butter to a clean nonstick skillet and let it melt and foam. Crack 2 eggs into a small bowl (or directly into the skillet) and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

For sunny-side-up: cook 2–3 minutes until whites are set but yolks are runny. For over-easy: cook until whites are set (about 2 minutes), carefully flip with a spatula and cook 20–30 seconds more for runny yolks. Remove eggs to the plate with hash and proteins.
