Prepare the Tomato & Garlic Confit
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, peeled garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast
Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and the garlic is soft.

Prepare the French Bread
While the confit is roasting, slice the French bread into 1-inch thick slices. Brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

Toast the Bread
Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Assemble the Dish
On a serving platter, place the burrata cheese in the center. Spoon the roasted tomato and garlic confit over the burrata.

Drizzle and Garnish
Drizzle the mango-balsamic glaze and basil oil over the top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Serve with toasted French bread on the side for dipping.
