Burrata Components

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

Prepare the Tomato & Garlic Confit

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, peeled garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 2

    Roast

Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and the garlic is soft.

  3. 3

    Prepare the French Bread

While the confit is roasting, slice the French bread into 1-inch thick slices. Brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Toast the Bread

Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a serving platter, place the burrata cheese in the center. Spoon the roasted tomato and garlic confit over the burrata.

  6. 6

    Drizzle and Garnish

Drizzle the mango-balsamic glaze and basil oil over the top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve with toasted French bread on the side for dipping.
