Prepare the Squash
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the winter squash in half, scoop out the seeds, and slice it into 1-inch cubes. Place the cubes in a bowl.

Roast the Squash
Spread the seasoned squash cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.

Prepare the Chicken
While the squash is roasting, season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and a little cumin and paprika for extra flavor.

Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Plate the Dish
Once the chicken is cooked and the squash is roasted, slice the chicken breasts and arrange them on a plate. Add a generous portion of roasted squash beside the chicken.

Drizzle the chili condiment over the chicken and top with a dollop of plain yogurt for creaminess and tang.
