Method

Steak Tips

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary. Add the steak pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

Truffle Honey Butter

  1. 3

    Make the Butter

In a bowl, beat the unsalted butter until creamy. Add truffle oil, honey, and sea salt. Mix until well combined. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to use.

Sour Cream Truffle Chive Mashed Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the russet potatoes into even chunks. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 5

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add sour cream, truffle oil, chopped chives, butter, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Garlic Chips

  1. 6

    Prepare the Garlic

Thinly slice the garlic cloves. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. 7

    Fry the Garlic

Add the sliced garlic to the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Warm Cornbread

  1. 8

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  2. 9

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.

  3. 10

    Combine and Bake

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

410 Steak Sauce

  1. 11

    Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
