Prepare the Salmon

Marinate the Salmon
In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Pan Sear the Salmon
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a little oil if desired. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the salmon is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Mushrooms and Broccolini
In the same skillet used for the salmon, add the lemon infused oil. Sauté the white truffle mushrooms over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown. Add the broccolini and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the Dish

Serve
On a plate, place a generous spoonful of carrot puree in the center. Arrange the sautéed mushrooms and broccolini around the puree. Top with the glazed salmon fillet. Drizzle with any remaining glaze from the pan for extra flavor.
