Slice the Ribeye
Thinly slice the ribeye steak against the grain to ensure tenderness.

Cook the Ribeye
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated ribeye slices and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.

Melt the Cheese
Once the ribeye is cooked, reduce heat to low. Place aged American cheese slices over the meat and cover the skillet to melt the cheese, about 2-3 minutes.

While the cheese is melting, slice the mini sub rolls open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

Spread house mayo inside each mini sub roll generously.
