In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until the shrimp are well coated. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Gradually add cold water while whisking until the batter is smooth and slightly thickened.
Frying the Shrimp

Heat the Oil
In a deep pan or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Dip each seasoned shrimp into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
