Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled champagne flute or a wine glass and set it aside.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of floral gin and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.

Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup to the shaker and give it a gentle stir to combine.

Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass, filling it about halfway.

Carefully top off the glass with 4 oz of sparkling rosé, pouring slowly to avoid overflow.
