Preparation of Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower head and remove the leaves and stem. Cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Baking the Cauliflower

Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the florets are tender and slightly browned.

Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in buffalo sauce until well coated. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
