In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

In a large bowl, add the peeled and deveined shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the blackening spice mix over the shrimp. Toss well to ensure all shrimp are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
