Method

Cocktail

  1. 1

    Prepare glass

Chill a Collins glass or highball by filling it with ice water while you mix the drink. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Add ingredients to shaker

In a cocktail shaker, add 6 ice cubes, 2 oz Svedka Strawberry Colada vodka, 0.5 oz triple sec, 3 oz fresh lemonade, 1 oz pineapple juice, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.

  3. 3

    Shake

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and well chilled.

  4. 4

    Prepare serving glass

Dump the ice water from the chilled Collins/highball glass. Fill the glass about three-quarters full with crushed ice (about 1 cup).

  5. 5

    Strain and top

Strain the shaken cocktail over the crushed ice in the prepared glass. If desired, top with a small splash (about 0.5 oz) more pineapple juice or lemonade to adjust balance.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Garnish with a fresh strawberry sliced partially and slotted on the rim, a lime wheel or wedge on the rim, and a mint sprig tucked beside the fruit.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately with a straw. Enjoy responsibly.
