Rim & Garnish
1. Salt the rim
Pour the kosher salt onto a small plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass to moisten it, then press the glass rim into the salt, rotating to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.
2. Cut a fresh lime wheel and set it aside for garnish.

3. Juice & measure
Juice a fresh lime and measure 0.75 oz (about 3/4 oz) of lime juice. Measure 0.5 oz agave nectar and 2 oz Clase Azul tequila. If your agave is very thick, thin it with a little warm water so it pours easily.
4. Shake
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar. If you prefer a slightly lighter drink, add 0.25 oz iced water. Cap the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.
5. Strain & serve
Double-strain the cocktail into the prepared salt-rimmed rocks glass over one large ice cube or fresh ice. Express the oils from the reserved lime wheel over the drink, then drop the wheel into the glass as a garnish.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.
