Prepare the Pork
Cut the pork shoulder into 2-inch pieces and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and cinnamon.

Marinate
In a bowl, combine the seasoned pork with orange juice and lime juice. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Brown the Pork
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and sear until browned on all sides.

Simmer
Once browned, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Prepare Tortillas
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for extra flavor.
