Method
Daily Support Smoothie (base)
Prep produce
If using fresh spinach, wash and pat dry. Peel and slice the banana if not already sliced. Measure out frozen berries (no need to thaw).
Add greens and fruit
Add 1 packed cup fresh spinach, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, and 1/2 cup (about half a banana) sliced banana into the blender on top of the liquids.
Add dry nourishment
Add 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1 tablespoon almond butter, and 1 tablespoon collagen or protein powder (if using). Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon and squeeze 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice on top.
Sweeten (optional)
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup. This is optional—tastes are fine without added sweetener.
Blend
Secure the lid and blend on medium-high for 45–60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and no large pieces of spinach or oats remain. Stop and scrape down the sides once if necessary, then blend again briefly.
Adjust consistency
If the smoothie is too thick, add 2–4 tablespoons additional almond milk and pulse to combine. If too thin, add a few ice cubes or 1–2 tablespoons more oats or frozen fruit and blend briefly.
Serve
Pour into a large glass. If using seeds and nuts topping, sprinkle 1 teaspoon chia seeds and 1 teaspoon sliced almonds or chopped walnuts on top for texture and extra healthy fats.
Seed & Nut Topping (optional)
Combine 1 teaspoon chia seeds and 1 teaspoon sliced almonds or chopped walnuts in a small bowl or directly onto the smoothie. Press lightly so they stick to the surface. Consume immediately so seeds retain texture.
Hydration & Immune Support Tea (optional)
Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil. Turn off heat and add 1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh ginger and 2 lemon slices. Let steep covered for 5–8 minutes. Strain into a cup, stir in honey to taste (about 1 teaspoon), and drink warm or let cool and refrigerate for a refreshing cold beverage.
