Method
Powder Preparation
Weigh and verify raw colostrum
Confirm you have 300 g of cold-processed, grass-fed colostrum powder that has been third-party tested. Keep the powder refrigerated or stored in a cool, dry place until processing.
Blend flow agents and optional ingredients
In a clean dry mixing bowl or low-speed ribbon blender, add 300 g colostrum powder. Sprinkle 10 g sunflower lecithin evenly over the top to improve flow and dispersibility. If using, add 5 g natural vanilla powder and 2 g mixed tocopherols for light flavoring and antioxidant protection.
Mix gently to preserve bioactivity
Blend on low speed for 2–3 minutes to ensure even distribution of lecithin and any optional additives. Avoid high shear or heat — keep processing temperature below 25°C (77°F) to maintain the bioactivity of immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, and growth factors.
Deaerate and check particle consistency
Allow the mixed powder to sit for 5–10 minutes to release any trapped air. Sift through a coarse food-grade screen if necessary to break up clumps while keeping particle size gentle (do not mill finely).
Fill and label packaging
Portion the finished powder into airtight, opaque containers to protect from light and moisture. For the listed formula, 300 g of powder yields approximately 100 scoops at 3 g per scoop. Place one calibrated 3 g scoop into a sample container, seal, and label with batch number, date, storage instructions (keep cool, dry), and third-party test reference.
Quality control and third-party testing
Collect a representative sample and send for third-party testing for immunoglobulin levels, lactoferrin, microbial contaminants, heavy metals, and IGF-1 presence/limits as applicable. Only release batch after passing all specifications.
Usage instructions for end user
Recommend 1 scoop (3 g) daily mixed into 120–240 ml water, milk, or shake. For targeted recovery or clinical protocols, follow practitioner guidance up to manufacturer-stated limits.
