Garnish & Glass Prep
- 1
Prepare glass
Choose a chilled martini or coupe glass. Warm the rim slightly by holding it near warm hands or briefly dip in warm water and dry. Using chocolate syrup, lightly dip or drizzle the rim and allow a little to run down the inside of the glass for a decorative effect. If you like, place a small spoonful of chocolate syrup inside the glass and swirl to create internal ribboning. Place the glass in the freezer or refrigerator to chill while you mix the cocktail (2–5 minutes).
- 2
If desired, place a small amount of shaved dark chocolate on a shallow plate for garnish or hold ready to sprinkle on the finished cocktail. Have cocoa powder in a fine mesh shaker if you plan to dust the top.

- 3
Combine ingredients
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice (about 1 cup). Add 2 oz 360 Chocolate Vodka, 0.75 oz white chocolate liqueur, 0.5 oz dark chocolate liqueur, 1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half), and 0.25 oz simple syrup if you want it sweeter.
- 4
Shake
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 12–18 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold and the cream is well emulsified, creating a silky texture and light froth.
- 5
Strain and serve
Remove the prepared chilled glass from the freezer. Double-strain the cocktail into the glass using the shaker lid and a fine mesh strainer to remove small ice shards and produce a smooth surface.
- 6
Garnish
Drizzle a small amount of chocolate syrup over the top in a spiral or zigzag, sprinkle the shaved dark chocolate or chocolate curls over the top, and lightly dust with 0.25 tsp cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately.

Optional variation: For an iced martini-on-the-rocks, build the drink in a rocks glass over fresh ice using the same proportions, stir once, and garnish the same way.
