Method
Kreamy Kringle Base
Combine canned milks
Shake the canned coconut milk well. In a blender, pour 2 cups coconut milk, 1 cup evaporated milk, and 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. Pulse once to combine and break up any solids from the coconut milk.
Add fresh dairy
Add 1 cup whole milk and 1 cup heavy cream to the blender. Blend on medium speed for 20–30 seconds until smooth and homogenous. Do not overblend — you want a smooth emulsion, not whipped cream.
Flavor & Sweetening
Add spices and sugar
To the blended milks, add 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ground allspice, and 1/4 tsp sea salt. Blend on low for 10–15 seconds to incorporate.
Taste and adjust
Taste the mixture. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add up to 2 tablespoons more brown sugar, blending briefly after each addition. Adjust spices to preference, adding a pinch more nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
Alcohol (optional)
Add rum
If using alcohol, pour in 1 cup white rum and 1/4 cup dark rum to the blender. Pulse 3–4 times to combine. If you want a nonalcoholic version, substitute the rums with 1 cup brewed strong coffee (cooled) or additional whole milk for similar body.
