Kebabs Preparation
1. Prepare the Adana Kebab Mixture
In a bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, forming a long kebab shape. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
