Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2
Melt Butter and Mix Sugars
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
- 3
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

- 5
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- 6
Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 7
Cool the Brownies
Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
