Preparation of Salad Base

Chop the Greens
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, radicchio, and arugula. Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces, shred the radicchio, and roughly tear the arugula. Place all greens in a large mixing bowl.
Adding Vegetables & Toppings

Prepare the Vegetables
Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts, then chop them into quarters. Thinly slice the red onion. Halve the heirloom and grape tomatoes. Add all these vegetables to the mixing bowl with the greens.

Add Giardiniera
Add the giardiniera to the salad mixture, ensuring an even distribution throughout.
Incorporating Meats & Cheeses

Prepare Meats and Cheese
Cut the smoked provolone cheese into small cubes. Slice the Genoa salami and hot capicola into strips or cubes, as preferred. Add the meats and cheese to the salad bowl.
Dressing the Salad

Pour the house Italian vinaigrette over the salad mixture. Gently toss all ingredients together until evenly coated with the dressing.
