Preparation

Prepare the Sauce
In a medium saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat until it simmers. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Meats
Slice the cup n char pepperoni, hot capicola, and Genoa salami into bite-sized pieces.

Grate the Cheeses
Using a cheese grater, shred the mozzarella, asiago, and pecorino cheeses and set aside.

Chop the Herbs
Roughly chop the fresh oregano leaves and set aside.
Assembly

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared meats with the tomato sauce. Mix until the meats are well coated.

Layer the Pizza
Spread the meat and sauce mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella, asiago, and pecorino cheeses on top.

Add Heat and Herbs
Sprinkle the calabrian chili and chopped fresh oregano over the cheese layer.
Baking

Bake the Pizza
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
