Vegetable Preparation

    Prepare Carrots

    Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into sticks or rounds, and place in a large serving bowl.

    Prepare Celery

    Wash the celery stalks thoroughly, then cut them into 2-3 inch lengths and add to the bowl.

    Prepare Cucumber

    Wash the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds if desired, and cut into half-moon shapes before adding to the bowl.

    Prepare Cherry Tomatoes

    Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water and add them whole to the serving bowl.

    Prepare Bell Peppers

    Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and stems, and cut them into strips or bite-sized pieces before adding them to the bowl.

Ranch Dip Preparation

    Combine Ingredients

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

    Mix Well

    Using a whisk or spatula, mix all ingredients together until well combined and smooth.

    Chill Dip

    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the ranch dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

    Arrange Veggies

    Once the vegetables are prepared and the dip is chilled, arrange the veggies on a platter around the ranch dip.
