Method

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 1

    Wash and Cut Vegetables

Thoroughly wash all the vegetables under cold water. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Slice the cucumbers into rounds. Cut the bell peppers into strips. If using cherry tomatoes, leave them whole. Cut the celery into sticks.

  2. 2

    Arrange the Platter

On a large serving platter, arrange the carrot sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, and celery sticks in an appealing manner. You can group them by type or mix them for a colorful display.

Making the Ranch Dip

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir together until well combined.

  2. 4

    Add Seasoning

Add the dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture. Stir until the seasoning is evenly distributed.

  3. 5

    Taste and Adjust

Taste the ranch dip and adjust the salt and pepper if needed. Mix well after adjusting.

  4. 6

    Serve

Transfer the ranch dip to a small serving bowl and place it in the center of the vegetable platter. Serve immediately.
