Preparing the Ribs

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the pork ribs to evenly coat them.

Place Ribs in Slow Cooker
Transfer the seasoned ribs to a slow cooker, arranging them neatly to fit.
Making the BBQ Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Add Sauce to Ribs
Pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs in the slow cooker, ensuring that they are well coated with the sauce.
Cooking the Ribs

Slow Cook
Cover the slow cooker and cook the ribs on low for 6-8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat easily pulls away from the bone.
Finishing Touches

Glaze the Ribs
Once the ribs are tender, remove them from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet. Brush additional BBQ sauce on top of the ribs.

Preheat your oven broiler. Place the baking sheet with the ribs under the broiler for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
