BBQ Ribs Preparation
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- 2
Prepare the Ribs
Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- 3
Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.
- 4
Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat side up. Cover with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.
- 5
Coleslaw Preparation
- 6
Mix Coleslaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- 7
Chill Coleslaw
Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Fries Preparation
- 8
Heat Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).
- 9
Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the cut potatoes to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- 10
Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil, drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with salt while hot.
