Method

Preparing the Pita Chips

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2

Prepare the Pita

Cut each pita bread into triangles, like a pizza. You can cut each pita into 8 pieces.

3

Season the Pita

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Brush the mixture over the pita triangles.

4

Bake the Chips

Spread the seasoned pita triangles on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Making the Dipping Sauce

5

Mix the Sauce Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, and minced garlic.

6

Season the Sauce

Add salt and black pepper to the yogurt mixture to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

7

Chill the Sauce

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 15 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld.

Serving

8

Plate the Dish

Arrange the baked pita chips on a serving platter with a bowl of the dipping sauce in the center.

9

Enjoy

Serve immediately while the pita chips are warm and enjoy as a flavorful appetizer!
