Chicken Wings

Garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

If using traditional wings, separate the wing sections (drumettes and flats). If using boneless wings, cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Season the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.

  3. 3

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until combined and heated through.

Toss and Serve

  1. 6

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

  2. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
