Roasted Garlic Hummus

Prepare Hummus
In a food processor, combine the roasted garlic cloves (squeezed out of their skins), canned chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cumin, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Red Pepper Coulis

Roast the Peppers
Char the red bell peppers under a broiler or over an open flame until the skin is blackened. Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap to steam for 10 minutes. Peel off the skin and remove seeds.

Blend Ingredients
In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Toasted Sunflower Seeds

Toast the Seeds
In a dry skillet over medium heat, add sunflower seeds. Toast for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.
Serving

Assemble the Dish
Serve the roasted garlic hummus topped with red pepper coulis, alongside whipped feta sprinkled with toasted sunflower seeds. Arrange the carrot sticks, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips on a platter. Include a bag of Za'atar dusted chips for dipping.
