Preparing the Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss until wings are evenly coated.

Arrange Wings on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack.

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter.

Combine with Hot Sauce
Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in the hot sauce until well combined.
Preparing the Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
