Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Cauliflower Bites Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Mix the Coating
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.
- 4
Coat the Cauliflower
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the coating mixture. Toss until all the florets are evenly coated.
- 5
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 6
Combine the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Mix Until Smooth
Using a fork or a whisk, mash the blue cheese into the other ingredients as you mix. Stir until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
- 8
Chill the Dressing
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
