Preparation
- 1
Prepare the garlic oil
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside to infuse the flavors.
- 2
Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
Assembling the Pizza
- 3
Roll out the dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
- 5
Add toppings
Spread the fresh spinach evenly over the garlic oil base. Then sprinkle the pizza cheese over the spinach, ensuring even coverage.
- 6
Add dollops of ricotta
Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese across the top of the pizza, distributing them evenly.
- 7
Season the pizza
Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the pizza.
Baking
- 8
Bake the pizza
Carefully transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone). Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 9
Cool and serve
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Slice and serve hot.
