Seafood Preparation
- 1
Prepare King Crab Legs
Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Add the king crab legs and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through. Remove from pot and let cool slightly before cracking open the shells.
- 2
Prepare Lobster Tails
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the lobster tails lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and season with salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- 3
Cook Shrimp
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and place the shrimp in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- 4
Prepare Oysters and Clams
Arrange the shucked oysters and clams on a serving platter. If desired, chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Sauce Preparation
- 5
Prepare Cocktail Sauce
In a bowl, mix together ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Adjust seasonings to taste and set aside.
- 6
Make Garlic Butter
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 7
Prepare Mignonette Sauce
