Marinate the Fish
Place red snapper fillets in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Sauté the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and sauté until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Fish
In the same skillet, add the marinated red snapper fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Combine Toppings
In a bowl, combine cooked shrimp, diced celery, and sliced olives. Mix well.

Place the cooked red snapper on a plate, top with the shrimp mixture, and sprinkle crispy bacon over the top. Serve immediately.
