Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the French Fries

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the French fries according to package instructions. Set aside when done.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Panini

Slice the cooked chicken and place it on one half of the ciabatta bread. Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken and top with mozzarella cheese. Place the other half of the ciabatta on top.

  4. 4

    Cook the Panini

Heat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat. If using a skillet, press down the sandwich with a spatula. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up to your liking.

  6. 6

    Serve

Cut the panini in half and serve with French fries on the side. Top the panini with the sunny-side up eggs.
