The amber spirit has a big, warm caramel flavor, finishing with a touch of sweet honey, bitter chocolate and espresso on the lingering finish.

Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes. Discard the ice or water before serving.

Prepare the Glass

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Macallan 18, honey syrup, espresso, and bitters. Add the ice cubes.

Mix Ingredients

Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with chocolate shavings or a coffee bean on top.
