Directions
- 1
Prepare the Bread
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly brush the sourdough bread slices with olive oil on both sides. Place them on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Orange
While the bread is toasting, peel the orange and segment it, removing any seeds. Set aside the segments for topping the toast.
- 3
Assemble the Toast
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven. Place an even amount of burrata cheese on each slice of toast. Layer the prosciutto on top of the burrata.
- 4
Add Toppings
Top the toast with orange segments, drizzle with honey, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- 5
Serve
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy your delicious burrata toast!
