Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Bardenay Gin, Bardenay Banana Liqueur, and Aperol. Stir gently until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with a large ice rock.

Strain and Garnish
Strain the mixture over the ice rock in the glass. Use the grapefruit peel to garnish by expressing the oils over the drink and placing it on top.
