Mala Dry Spice Chicken Wings Ingredients
Method
Mala Dry Spice Chicken Wings Directions
- 1
Prep the Chicken
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a small bowl, mix together the mala spice mix, vegetable oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken wings and toss until they are well coated.
- 3
Marinate
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- 4
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 5
Bake the Wings
Spread the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 6
Finish and Serve
Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped scallions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
