Directions

1

Prepare the Lemon Juice

Roll the lemons on a countertop with the palm of your hand to release the juices. Cut each lemon in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or reamer until you have approximately 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.

2

Make the Lemonade Base

In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice with 1 cup of granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

3

Add Water

Pour in 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher with the lemon juice and sugar mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

4

Mix in the Vodka

Add 1 cup of vodka to the lemonade mixture in the pitcher. Stir gently to ensure it is well incorporated.

5

Chill the Lemonade

Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let the spiked lemonade chill for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavors.

6

Serve with Ice

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the spiked lemonade over the ice, leaving some space at the top.

7

Garnish and Enjoy

Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices for a refreshing touch. Serve immediately and enjoy your spiked lemonade!
