Method

Prepare the Mahi Mahi

  1. 1

    Marinate the Mahi Mahi

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the Mahi Mahi fillets and coat them well. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature.

  2. 2

    Grill the Mahi Mahi

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated Mahi Mahi fillets on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and let rest.

  3. 3

    Warm the Tortillas

While the Mahi Mahi is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until they are soft and pliable.

Prepare the Avocado and Cilantro Lime Sauce

  1. 4

    Make the Sauce

In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, cilantro, lime juice, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Assemble the Tacos

  1. 5

    Build the Tacos

On each warm tortilla, place a piece of grilled Mahi Mahi. Top with shredded cabbage, sliced radishes, and a generous drizzle of the avocado and cilantro lime sauce. Squeeze lime juice over the top for extra flavor.
